Arlington National Cemetery:

What work was performed: Washing all headstones, the Memorial Amphitheatre, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, The Columbarium, President John F. Kennedy’s gravesite.

Baseball Stadium Cleaning:

What work we performed: degreasing all cement areas, cleaning all seating and walk way areas, cleaned sanded and stained all benches and picnic tables in the picnic area.

Quantico/ Fort Belvoir Base Housing:

What work was performed: Washed the exterior buildings of homes on base.

Commercial and Residential Community Associations:

What work was performed: Community Fencing, Walkway cleaning, Signage at Entrance and Exits, remove effervescence from brickwalls.

Restaurants:

What work was performed: Cleaning dumpster area, building, walkways, kitchen, equipment

University’s:

What work was performed: Cleaned and sealed parking decks, cement walkways, degreasing dumpster areas

Fast Food Restaurants:

What work was performed: Remove gum and spills from walkway, oil removal from checkout pad, cleaning walkways, Awnings

Strip Shopping Centers:

What work was performed: Gum and Spill Removal from cement walks, overall improve appearance and customer experience of building. Hydraulic fluid was spilled from trash truck, we removed all hydraulic fluid spill on asphalt.

Apartments/ Condo Complexes:

What work was performed: Clean 4 floors of building exteriors, cleaned wooden breezeways and decking. Stained decking, cleaned dumpster area

Community Centers:

What work was performed: Cleaned cement before pool opening, remove green algae and black mold, clean furniture and locker rooms

New Construction/ Acid Wash:

What work was performed: Final cleaning of house exteriors (siding, cement and basement walkway and deck for model homes) Pre Occupancy clean up of building exterior and cement

Gas Stations:

What work was performed: Using hot water we degreased and removed gum and spills from cement pumping areas, washed building exterior

Local Government:

What work was performed: Cleaned 12,000 sqft of docking along the Occoquan River, replaced boards as needed and sealed decks with a clear preservative

Recreation Centers/ Gyms:

What work was performed: Cleaned locker rooms, rubber mats, cement around pool and stain removal inside pool area

Sewage Treatment Facility:

What work was performed: pressure washing to prepare 9 buildings for painting. Included 30 foot tall tanks, stairways, cement walkways, roofs

Office Condos/ Complex:

What work was performed: Exterior building washing to remove algae and mold, cement walkways, power washing dumpster areas and common space

Golf Course:

Club house exterior, cement, cart paths, miniature golf

Grocery Store:

What work was performed. Washing carts, spills and Gum to provide a more pleasant cleaner experience for customers

Pre Construction Cleanup:

What work was performed- After building was purchased the use of the warehouse was changing from a shipping facility to a manufacturing facility. We had to degrease, soak, hydro wash floors, then capture water, squeegee and power squeegee the interior of 60,000 square foot facility

Retirement homes:

What work we performed- using a cherry picker we pressure washed 5 stories high all the siding and windows and scrubbed gutters of 120,000sqft  facility.

Hotels:

Cleaned/ Sanitized trash area, walk ways from spills and dirt and building exterior
